• Brazil: We deliver nationwide!
• International: We also ship to beloved customers in the UK, Colombia, Mexico and the United States.

What are the delivery times? 🗓️

The deadlines below are estimates and begin counting after your order is submitted:

• For Addresses in Brazil:

  • Standard estimate: 7 to 14 business days.
  • Note: Weekends and holidays do not count as business days, ok?
  • In some situations, it may take a little longer, up to 15 business days.
  • Good news! Depending on your region and logistics, your order may arrive faster, between 3 and 12 business days.

• For International Addresses (UK, Colombia, Mexico, USA):

  • Standard estimate: 5 to 12 business days.
  • Important: Customs or logistics processes may, in some cases, extend this period to up to 15 business days.

When Will My Order Be Processed and Shipped? ⚙️

• After confirming your payment, we prepare and ship your order within 5 business days.
• Did you pay with Boleto? It can take up to 5 business days for the payment to clear. The processing time for your order starts after the payment has cleared.

Yes! You will receive the tracking code via email and WhatsApp within 5 business days after payment confirmation. This way, you can follow every step of your order until it reaches you.

• We have national and international partners (in the Americas, Europe and Asia). Many products are shipped directly from the factory to ensure quality and the best price for you.
• We also have local stock for some items. These can be shipped within 2 business days and arrive within 7 business days (in Brazil).
