After your merchandise has been dispatched internationally, you will receive a tracking code via email or cell phone provided during registration. (Tracking information may take up to 7 days to be available for consultation)
IMPORTANT General Conditions
Delivery not made - Incorrect address or no postman at the address
THE Store (Store Name) will arrange for the products to be sent to the address requested by the customer. Therefore, to ensure that there are no problems with the delivery of your order, we ask that you be careful when filling in the address where you wish to receive your order, so that it is not filled in incorrectly or incompletely. Our system automatically processes orders based on the address provided; we are not responsible for incorrect or incomplete addresses.
It is important that you provide the means for delivery to be made to the address registered in your order. After 3 (three) delivery attempts and the product being returned to the Post Office, you will have to pick up the order at the nearest Post Office. All details related to delivery attempts, as well as the address of the Post Office where the recipient must pick up their package in the event of absence at the address, are recorded in the order tracking, which can be tracked on the Post Office website, using the tracking code provided by the store. Storage fees are charged if the package is not picked up within 7 calendar days. If the recipient of the order does not pick it up, according to Post Office rules, the package will be returned to the sender, and the customer will have to pay a new shipping fee to resend the product. If the customer cancels the purchase and does not accept the reshipment, the amount paid by the customer will be refunded minus the shipping cost (even if the item was purchased under a Free Shipping promotion) considering that (Store Name) was charged twice for shipping, when sending to the requested address and when returning to the supplier.
In some cases, there is no postman serving the address, so the customer must collect the merchandise from the Post Office closest to their address, which will be indicated on the tracking page on the Post Office website, using the tracking code provided by the store.
Recipient Absent
Make sure there will be someone at the address to receive your products. The Post Office will make three attempts to deliver products. If there is no one at the address to receive the package on any of the attempts, the package will be taken to the Post Office closest to the address. In this case, the recipient of the package will need to collect it from the Post Office within 7 calendar days.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
There may be a slight variation in color due to each user's monitor, which may vary by one to two shades (lighter or darker) from the actual color of the product.
Customs: Our store fulfills all the necessary documentation so that the product can be sent to your home free of charge. Instances of taxed products are rare but can occur. The amount will be paid by the buyer when collecting the product from the Post Office. This amount is refundable in credits for new purchases in the store.
