Refund Policy

In the event of dissatisfaction with the purchase, the customer has up to 7 days from receipt of the merchandise to contact the company and inform that they do not wish to keep the product.

We do not cover damage caused by transportation.

To receive a full refund, returned products must be in new condition (without any defects, scratches, signs of falling, scuffs, etc. that do not make them unsuitable for resale, etc.), with all original packaging, user manuals and accessories.

For damaged products, the customer must contact the Help Center within 30 days after receiving the merchandise. We ask that you send photos in advance and, in the case of electronic products, send videos of up to 2 minutes showing the defect. For all other products, we ask that you send photos.

The Help Center must be informed in advance whether the customer will return the product for another product, if it is still available on the website, or for a refund.

Dispatch:

For both return cases, the product must be returned to the Post Office in the same condition as the customer received it.

A photo of the product in the box at the time of dispatch must be sent, as well as proof of shipping with the clear tracking code and address attached to the top of the box.
