Ricaly establishes this Shipping and Delivery Policy to clearly and transparently inform the conditions, deadlines and responsibilities related to the shipping of products purchased in our store. The standard delivery time for orders placed in Brazil is 7 to 14 business days . Important notes:

  • Weekends and holidays are not counted as working days.
  • In exceptional situations, the deadline may be extended up to 15 working days .
  • In certain regions, delivery may occur earlier, ranging from 3 to 7 calendar days or, on average, between 3 to 12 calendar days .

2.2. International Delivery

For shipments to international customers (United Kingdom, Colombia, Mexico and the United States), the estimated delivery time is 5 to 12 business days , although in specific cases and due to customs or logistical processes, it may extend up to 15 days .

3. Processing and Shipping of Orders

After payment confirmation, the order will be processed and sent for shipping within 5 business days . For purchases made via bank slip, the clearing period can take up to 5 business days , influencing the start of processing.

4. Tracking

In order to guarantee the transparency of the process, all orders have a tracking code, which will be made available to the customer via email and WhatsApp within 5 business days after payment confirmation.

5. Possible Delays and Unforeseen Events

Despite our efforts to strictly comply with the deadlines provided, external factors may cause delays. Any delays resulting from the following are not considered as failure to comply with the deadlines:

  • Taxation, customs clearance or retention processes for routine analysis;
  • Shutdowns, high demand from the Post Office/carriers or logistical problems;
  • Adverse weather conditions, strikes, holidays or government restrictions.

Such situations, beyond Ricaly 's control, will not be considered for calculating the delivery period and will not constitute breach of contract.

To ensure the competitiveness and quality of our products, Ricaly works with:

  • National and international suppliers (from the American, European and Asian continents), who send products directly from factories;
  • Local stock for certain products, enabling shipping within 2 days and delivery within 7 days .

This policy is governed by Brazilian laws and constitutes an integral part of Ricaly 's terms and conditions of purchase. By making a purchase, the customer agrees to all the terms set forth herein, acknowledging that:

  • Ricaly will make every effort to ensure that products are delivered within the stipulated deadlines and will not be held responsible for delays resulting from external factors or factors beyond its control.
