    • Brazilian Law (Consumer Protection Code): 7 calendar days to withdraw.
    • European Union (Consumer Rights Directive): 14 calendar days to withdraw.
    • United States: Varies by state, but generally follows similar timelines.

    RicalyShop.com extends this period to 14 days to provide greater flexibility to global customers.

1.2 Conditions for Returns due to Withdrawal

  • The product must be returned in its original packaging, without signs of use, damage or alterations.
  • All accessories, manuals and items included in the purchase must accompany the product.
  • The customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs, except in specific cases (see "Full Refund" section).

2. Exchange or Refund for Product Defect

2.1 Legal Warranty

  • We offer a minimum legal warranty of 90 days against manufacturing defects, as provided for in the following legislation:
    • Brazil: Consumer Protection Code (CDC).
    • European Union: Consumer Goods Guarantees Directive.
    • United States: Uniform Commercial Code (UCC).

2.2 Procedure for Requesting an Exchange or Refund

  • Please provide clear photos of the defect and details of the problem.
  • After analysis, we will send instructions for exchange or refund.

2.3 Shipping Costs

  • In the event of a proven defect, RicalyShop.com will cover the shipping costs for the return and resending of the replacement product.


3. Full Refund

3.1 Situations Eligible for Full Refund

  • Product not delivered within the estimated time.
  • Product received different from that described on the website.
  • Product with irreparable defect or without adequate solution.

3.2 Refund Methods

  • The refund will be processed using the same payment method used for the purchase:
    • Credit card: Refund made directly to the card statement.
    • Bank slip/bank transfer: Deposit into the account indicated by the customer.
    • Payments via PayPal: Refund processed directly to PayPal account.

3.3 Processing Timeframe

  • The refund will be completed within 30 business days after confirmation of receipt of the returned product or approval of the request.

4. Exceptions and Limitations

  • RicalyShop.com does not offer partial or full refunds in case of price variation after purchase.

5. Customer Responsibility

  • Customer is responsible for providing accurate address and contact information for delivery.
  • In case of return due to an error in the address provided by the customer, reshipment will be charged.
